When our clients called, they had shed their large East Greenwich home for downtown Providence. The downsize from 4,000 square feet to 1,200 meant a significant transition, and they needed more than furnishings. They needed a home that felt worthy of the leap.

Their ask was clear: glam. Comfortable, chic, and uncompromising. That direction steered us toward a space that feels less like an apartment and more like a luxury hotel suite — high above the city.

We touched every surface, selected all new furnishings, added dramatic lighting, hung gauzy drapery, updated both bathrooms, created a dedicated home office, designed a luscious bedroom,and finished with a terrace made for watching Providence by night.

What they gave up in square footage, they gained back in how it feels to come home.
