Sky High Sophistication
Providence, RI
What began as a paint job and a furniture order became something far more interesting. In a downtown Providence high-rise with a rare oversized terrace and the city laid out below, we saw what the space was quietly asking for — and answered.
We unlocked ceiling height and introduced drama where the architecture allowed. We reimagined the kitchen with new countertops and added custom millwork where it made sense. Every surface was reconsidered, settling into a more deliberate palette. Lighting was rebuilt entirely — sconces, pendants, recessed — and a significant art collection was brought in to give the whole thing a soul.
The magazines took notice, which was gratifying. But the real reward was watching a modest brief grow into a space that finally lived up to its address.
This is what happens when you look a little closer.
